Amit, 17.5 years old, from Israel.
I have Duchenne muscular (FSHD) , but being different is not a limitation - it's a way of life.
Way of life that I wish everyone the insights you get from it , the values are absorbed into it, the support and empathy from people who know what you have .
I can not close my eyes, and move my lips, so I can not really smile and I do not speak as clearly, but I speak clear enough to understand me and listen to me. And I can not lift my hands. It hit my legs , I'm going with a treadmill on right foot, but still I'm not going as well.
That's what it's dealing with . We can not choose what the life give us , but we can choose how to handle with it .
