Connect-the-Cloths is the vision of an aspiring 20-something stylist, foodie, and writer, based in the acclaimed “culture-less” city of Las Vegas, Nevada. With minimal direction, yet a fervid insistence on themes, the site records the weekly endeavors of the curious young soul in her mission to exploit the many overlooked cultural facets of her hometown.
Carsla Peyton, the entrepreneur in question, is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In 2012, she earned two Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism, with an emphasis in Integrated Marketing Communications, as well as Sociology (not to mention, a minor in Entertainment Management). After a six month internship and a couple freelance assignments, the alumnus, dissatisfied with the level of responsibilities she was granted–or lack thereof, took matters into her own hands; Connect-the-Cloths was born September 17, 2013.
Mixing business with pleasure, Connect-the-Cloths aims at flooding countless scrolls with über creativity, positivity, and a sickening attention to detail.
