Floby Reyes Carrasco
Walking home alone and working to sustain her needs and her family become Floby"s first step of knowing herself. Standing on her own feet at the age of 17, she deeply cried for help for someone to listen to her sentiments. Her passion is writing and arts." Tied balloons can reach the sky". At a young age, writing becomes her outlet of those tears falling every Monday morning before her father leaves home to work away.
Born November 02, 1985 with a usual way of simple living at Dasmariñas, Cavite."Makata ay hindi napapanahon." But this lady invokes her poise as a woman in shape, through her compositions. Celebrating life's beauty with a sweet smile for everyone is her ignition.
"I can't imagine myself writing nothing for the rest of the day. If that happens, you'll probably catch me doing my paintings." Vividly, she wants to escape loneliness and being alone for sometime. Her composition evades many hearts. Still, she searches for a long time promise. To love is her fervor. Listening is her weapon, in the collation of meteors of the night, and those visuals shows in her artworks.
"Colors maybe imperfectly mixed, but it can be perfectly fuel on the paper." A newly taught artist, sway by print ads and books she's sparing with on the gratis moment. Stepping down the stairs, the madness of circus of life, she enriches her mind and filled her faith walking in dreads of God. Though some people around her thinks she's uncanny among other young lady. She's still satisfied on what she has and willing to develop linkages to connect people through her thoughts and creation, humbly facing the acrimony and charm of reality.
She is now busy being an active member of Cavite Young Writers Association, doing poems and novels sliding on pen-for her up coming book, under Black Five Publication base in Norlfolk, UK. As well as painting more. She's also an active volunteer of RockEd Philippines, and Dakila-Philippine.
