15 jun 08. I love this skirt. And believe it or not, the top only cost $2, brand new. It was actually a pretty ugly-looking dress (which is why no one wanted it and it was going for 2 measly bucks), but I thought, for $2, why not buy it, bring it home, and "modify" it a little??? So I cut it below the waistband - you can see the "not-so-neat" bottom now can't you, now that I mention. :)
