You tell me how to dress, what is in, what is out, you tell us how to look pretty. You tell me what we all should look like if we want to be someone famous, you tell us those one in a million success stories, you tell us what make up to wear and how to do it. You tell us even how to act sometimes. So tell me, Media, Am I pretty now?
I like to do a lot of conceptual works, unfortunately LB doesn't want my favorite from this shoot (not full length) so if you want to see it go here to my dA: bit.ly/dC9E95
This is more toward the conceptual idea that whether we like it out not the media does effect our lives. This urge and desire to look good on the outside derives from what we see in movies and what we see during our lives. The world tells us if you aren't pretty you're not desirable. So get up, take an hour and do your make up, the go.
It's a cage. Leaving the house without being dolled up stabs at your insecurities. This is what the world has come to. Beautiful people with their masks on their faces and bodies in the form of make-up and clothes. But none the less, we do it.
Life is about loving yourself for who you are and living to the fullest. Not trying to live up to be someone else or be something you're not. You shouldn't let anyone tell you who to be or who you are. You have to find yourself. Because if you don't, the world will tell you who you are until you stand up for yourself and you tell the world for yourself who you are
You are beautiful
Just the way you are
