Despite the fact that I couldn't sleep the night before (due to my sheer excitement), had to stand in the frigid cold in a colossal line, and "fight" my way through the hordes to get what I so desired; it was all totally worth it!
Notes on the items:
The Camel Trench Coat- There were only three by the time I had got to the rack; two size 40's (US sizes), and one size 42. My heart sank, for I knew that those were too big. My heart then skipped a beat when I was a guy holding another one; he inspected it for a moment, put it back on the rack, and walked away. My hand shot for the tag, 34! Success! I made sure to not let the coveted garment stray from my grip until I had returned home. :)
The White Tuxedo Dress Shirt- This story wasn't as exciting as it was painful. X) I had approached the rack from the back side; as a result, I couldn't see if it was the shirt that I wanted. I leaned forward to view them from the front, and SMACK! Apparently I hadn't seen the slender white cement-column that stood before me. I felt like a complete imbecile. XD But at least I got the shirt!
The Dark Purple Bowtie- Again, not as interesting as the trench. I had originally had wanted the dark blue one. Alas there were none to be found. So, out of crimson, chocolate brown, and dark purple; I went for the purple. According to the cashier I had got one of the last bowties that they had had. I felt especially glad with my quick decision making skills. :)
Overall, it was a lovely experience! Plus: I was given a sturdy and utterly GARGANTUAN Lanvin for H&M bag to carry my treasures in for the rest of the day! :D
