I made this top the other week.
I found the fabric at my local haberdashery for £3 meter, it's like a soft version of hessian mesh with ribbon embroidery detailing throughout, I instantly fell in love with it!
The top is a copy of one of my old wardrobe faves, a vintage 80s reverse batwing top from Dotty P's.
