When I first layed eyes on this dress, I fell in love. I thought, now that is something Blair Waldorf would be caught wearing....and if you all know me, I love her! Well...I love her style in the first couple seasons of Gossip Girl- Headbands, bows, collared dresses, tights, pops of color, structured tops, fun coats, beautiful skirts, lace, ruffles,....just very sophisticated, girly, and fun all at the same time! I really miss her high-school days! These days her style is often way too mature for me, even though I still love it.
