This was a way2big2btrue moo-moo dress, with too many layers that I found at a Salvation Army for 5 dollars. The fabric and shoulders were the only salvageable bits to this dress. I took all the layers off, trimmed two feet off the dress and made it a mini skirt, and then fitted to my body type. I also altered the neckline and removed the shoulder pads. I took the belt from an old robe and folded it over half way and sewed it into a headband. Then I took a strip of braided pleather and sewed that into a belt, with snaps. This is my favorite stage outfit. The omnichord is not my invention unfortunately.
