Silence.

It is that moment where we find peace when we detach ourselves from the 'noises' (both literally and figuratively) and choose to devote time to understanding more about our lives in contemplation/meditation/reflection.

It is the loss of your own voice: to speak your mind or your express what is in your heart.

Come Holy Week I will face silence both in its good and in its bad form. In the end my goal is to find peace and solitude so I can move on and come out as a better person.
