I have been in this long conversation with fellow lookbookers (MEDUSA C, ROBERT DEAN) on the topic of finding proper time management for work, relaxation, meditiation, and exercise. I realized the only time I have is for work. Theres not much room for anything else. By the time I get off work, I feel so tired to go to the gym or do anything else. Another friend told me that theres no such thing as 'theres no time' because 'we make time'. A poignant statement that got me thinking: 'If I dont make time for exercise, at least for now I can make time for relaxation e.g. get a good massage or hang out with my friend more, or call my parents often.
In the practice of Buddhism there is this belief called Nirvana, a state of being free from suffering. It also applies to a state of extreme calm almost like a natural high because you just feel so free. Though I beleive it is a very hard thing to do, ridding of yourself of all the pain but I think we make our own destinies. If we choose to have time we definitely can choose to be free. As they say it is just a state of mind.
About the look:
Achieve your own sense of nirvana by wearing clothes that reflect lightness, ease and comfort. The pieces hear remind me of fluffy clouds in a clear cool sky. Because despite its rainy season here in Manila. I choose to be bright and happy like my clothes:)
