with a good eye at thrift stores, it's possible to get some awesome stuff, even if it doesn't look so awesome when you first buy it.. when i bought these too-short, flared pants, i saw the cute shorts i could turn them into with a few pins and a sewing machine :)
as for the hair, it's a version of a braid only a lot less perfect, and i actually got the inspiration from something that seventeen magazine called "artsy pigtails" in last month's issue! hope you enjoy :)
