I wanted a suit so that I could wear hosiery with formal clothing. I ordered this suit for free, and then hemmed them up into a pair of shorts, properly.

Maybe quirky is a good word. Perhaps "foreign" is a better word to describe how it looks to you?
It took me a while to get used to the idea. I thought that I'd never want to wear them with shorts, because it seemed like such a strange idea. Now I don't like to wear pants anymore. I think that the schoolboy-look plus girls in shorts & hosiery are what helped to rationalize the idea to me.

Really great outfit you put together here. The jacket is fantastic - military meets rock-star royalty - and the Earth green Pantyhose/Tights are a Great working centerpiece and statement (be it 'fashion statement' or just 'there'!). Good job. We are happy to see that 'Charlene' loves this look too- she is correct- very cool. (I am jealous you did this before me- and of Charlene's comment!) ;)
