There's a side of me that has always admired Japanese street fashion and their obsession with cats - hello kitty to be specific. When i saw this hat neatly propped on a mannequin from the shop window, i knew it would be the perfect accessory to top off a button down and jeans. As for the shirt - many of you who know me personally may have noticed my obsession with tucking in or tying up shirts just because i'm never satisfied with letting something sit over my pants. The second I entered F21 in new york, i couldn't stop my urge. I simply had to re-adjust the clothes on the racks. I spent 15 minutes knotting, cuffing and unbuttoning anything and everything that did not look "right". I don't understand it - how are you supposed to inspire the most uninspired customers if you don't physically show them how to wear something.
