So I just walked home in the rain from a date with myself and couldn't stop smiling the whole way home. I had to restrain myself from actually skipping, and started giggling after bumping umbrellas with an elderly woman because upon opening my mouth to apologize all that seemed to exude from me was pure, unexplainable joy.
Think of that music/dance scene from "500 Days of Summer" with Joseph Gordon-Levitt's character (for reference: youtube.com/watch?v=2seAJsrtIbQ) ...but without sunshine, birds chirping, anyone else in a cheerful mood, let alone dancing, and I wasn't remotely close to falling in love...Ok, so I guess it was nothing like that, but I guess what I'm saying is that is what I felt like should have been going on. And I really have no idea why. Ha.
And yes, I have no problem mixing brown, black, navy blue, silver, gold, shiny, and soft together. I also have a thing for bulldogs and bad posture.

It's also super soft, so when one wears it, she has to prepare herself for lots of people touching her. For example, tonight some dude came up to me at a bar, pet me, and then proceeded to inform me that my faux fur vest reminded him of his stuffed animal collection back home. What, may I ask, does one do with that sort of comment?
