About this look
These are my most coveted shoes from my modest shoe collection. I found these on a business trip to Hong Kong at a department store called Lane Crawford. The best part was that it was 50% off because it's a size 35 and nobody could fit into them! What can I say, it was meant to be!
I love this shoe so much because of its classic look without being too traditional. The covered wedge definitely gives the pump a modern edge. I can also walk in them all day without my feet hurting!
I would love love love to design a shoe for Jeffrey Campbell as I am a fan, customer (I own the Photo bootie) and aspiring shoe designer! As of now, I've been designing apparel for 5 years but have always dreamed of designing shoes. The ideal shoe I would design for him would be the PERFECT leopard wedge/pump. I have been searching for years for the perfect one but it seems not a lot of designers can get it right! It always ends up looking cheesy or contrived. So, I hope to soon help better the world with the ultimate leopard fantasy shoe!!!
