my hair is actually naturally like this! but I do know how you can do this! you can wet your hair and wrap it in peices of paper or ribbon in little swirls, and leave it in till your hair drys, and then take it out and brush it out, and then spray some hot water on it, let that dry, and volia! haha, or you can just curl your hair back!
