There's something about the rain in a quiet Autumn afternoon. The way the clouds linger over your head, crying for all that is lost, whispering mumbling words that fall over the trees, hanging like small secrets in the tips of their leaves.
The world seems sharper, cleaner, the greens are greener and the sounds of the city seem more tangible, with such a presence that you almost believe you can touch them if you reach far enough.
I love the sound of the rain, that constant melody that fills my ears with a tender emotion.
The rainy days make me as happy as the sunny ones. They just have to switch between them at the right time, and I'll be constantly delighted. What tires me is the unvarying weather, and lately I've been quite lucky with its inconstancy, even though the temperature has been a bit strange. A cold wind comes from nowhere and asks for a warmer coat that I don't want to use yet.
I hope you like the photos.
