this is really adorable. i try to wear pencil skirts (especially with sweet sweaters like this one) and i always end up looking like i'm going to work in a JC Penny. you really pull it off with the hair, bracelet, and shoes. i'm jealous!

yeah, it pretty much is a work outfit.. and i've probably worn the sweater and skirt to work at some point too!
