I went free shopping in the costume department the other day and got this dress :) My friend works there making costumes, and gave me a heads up which rack they were going to try and get rid of soon. So, before the public got their hands on it, I did! It's VERY 70s. I love it.
I wanted to pair it with nice blue tights and wear a colorful scarf to go with the blue, but unfortunately I didn't have time to play with outfits this morning before class, so I stuck to the basic black. Also, it's not really warm enough for just tights... yes, I have tights on under my leggings.
