This is what I wore on my first day of fashion week while I attended the Tadashi Shoji show. I have more pictures coming of this outfit soon, but I loved these shots of me taken by Alessia Campostrini. Most of you know I have an obsession with hats. When I bought this vintage 50's saucer hat, I knew instantly I wanted to do some sort of color blocking. Two days before I left to NY for fashion week, I ran to a different store and found this purple vintage dress also with layering in the front and a belt for a cinched waist. I knew it would be perfect for the hat. I love coming up with outfits that are sort of costume-y but not really. I was also in Gotham Magazine for this outfit.
