The #1 source for fashion inspiration from real people around the world.
In one of the shoots i did for a magazine I collaborated with a Paris trained couture designer now fashion school founder, manila based designer (phew that was a long description) Shanon Pamaong the idea of internal organs interpreted in a luxe, tuxedo esque way. The result was a stunning detailed jacket reminiscent of intestines and other organs but stunning to appear as drapes, gathers and cutouts. Its incredible to see upclose (too bad i dont have closer shots of it). Of course I had to have it. Anyway fast track to this moment, I briefly had the time to pose for the pics above because of the series of meetings I had that day but lo and behold the photos turned out nice:)
I played on the idea of metallic gray and silver with bronze to create a new contextual look that resonates a hybrid of periods and inspirations: chunky cuffs-tribal; wool boater-1900s; tapered pants- Edwardian slash mod rock chic; brogues reinterpreted and surrealism.
