I call these my "Scary Spice" boots. I found these at my parent's place last weekend! I bought these shoes at Nordstrom's Rack for $20 over 10 years ago, when I was in high school. I thought they were SO AMAZING! and my mom was like "Those are hideous!" they have this really cool buckle on them and a velcro band.
goes without saying, they were hidden at my parent's house for awhile, otherwise my mom would have thrown them away.
I love them so much! 90s are back!
