If you want to wear a low cut top, cover your legs. Want to reveal your legs, then cover your top. Haha etc, etc. Balance. Remember that folks! This is because: tight on top and tight on bottom = too much, not sexy. Loose on top and loose on bottom = adds weight, makes you frumpy, short(er) and not sexy either.
