My only blue lolita dress, which I paired with a blouse from the same brand, ''Dear Celine''. For a more interesting look I wore my Melissa Wing sandal, tights with flower details and added flower brooch to the collar. Completed the look with my huge pink bow head band and my beloved Sentimental Circus bag (｡’▽’｡)♡
