This is a very simple and casual, kind of boho-outfit I feel.. This new sweater from Bikbok is so comfortable in the same time as it's pretty and goes together with so much else in my wardrobe, I really needed this kind of basic piece, I need more of them in general, and less things with epic and beautiful patterns as I tend to fall for.. The only true bright colours I really like on myself is red or darker green. White is one of the colours I actually like most on myself, I personally think I suit it really well, white, red and green, thank you, and of course, pastel pink, oh, I still have a weakness for it, although my style isn't as sweet vintage as it used to be, it's all about how you style it I think, you can use some more rough pair of shoes or jewelery for example.
The skirt is really starting to get old now, I've had it for over a year now, but it's one of my favorite skirts either way, from H&M. The necklace I'm wearing is not so visible on these photos but it's so beautiful and epic, a real historical bargain! It's my strength-giver. Anyways, this is how I looked the day when me and my loveliest soul mate/boyfriend decided to go on a roadtrip some hours north, to Trondheim, or as I call it still, Nidaros, as this is the old, true, more beautiful name of the third largest city in Norway.
Here we bought ourselves a wonderful new bed, ate at a resturant, wandered around the area around "Nidarosdomen", a piece of stunning architecture I'm really excited about! It's by far the most beautiful building in all of Scandinavia, there's nothing like it anywhere else up here, it is the one thing we have to compare to the European cathedrals. I just love to be around Nidarosdomen, the area around is beautiful and special as well, the athmosphere is so calm, nostalgic and somehwat exciting dark and mysterious. I just like to dream away about all the people in the middle ages walking around on the very same spots as me, who they where, what they did, how they looked like.. I get so inspired by buildings as this, medieval churched and cathedrals are one of my favorites within the world of architecture. I really recommend a visit if you should happen to be up here.
Love, Marina Aurora.
