Take a spray bottle of bleach and water, scrunch the dress/tshirt/pants and spray where you'd like the orange bleach spots then get 2 or 3 sponges and take acrylic or fabric paint in purple, blue, yellow, red and white and sponge the colors abstractly all around then use a paint brush to splatter white "stars" everywhere. let dry and you have a galaxy print! It's easier than it looks! just use your imagination :)
