This look is for the American Apparel contest. My look is casual, feminine, and shows a new approach to wearing basics. The bloomers are a modern take on the classic short. I paired the Cotton Seersucker Bloomers in Khaki and White with the See-Thru African Loose Crop Tank. To balance out the femininity represented by the bloomers and the transparency of the crop tank, I added a masculine knit hat paired with flat, over-the-knee moccasin boots.
