If you follow me on Intsagram or twitter, which by the way is JessicaFrench_, you probably would have already seen a snippet of this outfit. It got quite a lot of love so I thought I would share it on my blog! I'm currently interning so comfort is an absolute must when piecing together outfits, but at the same time its the fashion industry so I still want to be presentable, stylish (I hope) and stay true to my personal style. My style is all about being comfortable and my wardrobe consists of many staples and basics which I like to tweak according to current trends or seasons.
For this outfit I'm wearing this blue cotton shirt from H&M, I bought it earlier this year, however it's a staple and I've seen it in stores since. I have it in a size 14 because I wanted it oversized, I've rolled the sleeves up to give a more relaxed feel, it also adds some texture which I like! I've also unbuttoned the top 3, and sometimes 4 buttons. By changing these things it makes a masculine shirt look more feminine and chic. For the bottom I'm wearing my favourite jeans which are the Topshop Leigh Jeans, full review here. These are meant to be ankle grazers as they are, but I've rolled them up some more so you can see a bit of skin, I like how it defines the boots more too. Full review of the boots here.
