Woofing is the art of farming land, or as they call it in Hawai'i the "'Aina." Here, I'm at The Sanctuary of Mana Ke`a Gardens, where I worked on the land for quite some time. I planted ghost peppers, jabanero peppers, onions, pineapples, Mexican papayas, green peppers, and picked fresh vegetables to make salad. Life is wonderful eating food straight from the land, and woofing is great work if you love some hard work in the great outdoors. Twas good times until I got Island Fever, and I needed to fly back to the mainland.
