MY BLOG: missiffa.com

Summer has officially drawn to an end, and the chilly, gloomy days of England have fallen upon us again. I am, however, looking forward to all the endless layering of woolly scarves, knitted jumpers and button-up cardigans. But boy is this weather a contrast to Dubai! (I am yet to upload my Dubai photo diary, bare with me!) I've had a lovely weekend full of fancy restaurants, long conversations and Monopoly! (my favourite board game)

My favourite colour for winter has to be burgundy. I love how it surprisingly goes with everything flatters every skin tone too. I bought the burgundy jumper and collar necklace whilst in Dubai, and have been really looking forward to wearing them both in the colder days in England. I am currently on the hunt for more cable knit jumpers, as I firmly believe you can never have too many cable knit jumpers (in England, at least). Another recent purchase of mine has been this Aztec print coat from River Island. It's the perfect addition to any winter wardrobe, as you can wear it as a light coat in summer, or layered over lots and lots of clothing in winter.

Recently I've been reading How to be a Woman by Caitlin Moran, kindly borrowed from Sarah. Unlike it's ambiguous title, the book is not about how to become a woman. It's a wonderful feminist literature, the type of book that will make you cry with laughter. As well as reading this hilarious book, I've also simultaneously been listening to Of Monsters and Men and an endless playlist full of Marina and the Diamonds.

Love from,

Miss Iffa
xoxo
