This is the weirdest memory ever, but when I was a child I remember this kids show inside a department store where creatures would come out when the lights when out (or something loosely like that?) There was this one part about picking out ribbons and they put together a yellow and a purple one for some pigtails. My six year old self was all like “THOSE DON’T GO TOGETHER!†Wow. Off on a tangent there, but I don’t think I’ve paired together those colors until today.
My starting point was a pair of navy tights (which are under my purple ones, yo! Gotta stay warm!). Next the sweater. But what to wear underneath? Really. Dang. I don’t know what I was thinking when I put this all together, but I like it.
