The #1 source for fashion inspiration from real people around the world.
Today was the first day, I had a chance to do another shoot since getting back from Chicago. You can definitely tell that I am out of the city mode and back to the country girl part of me.
This morning I woke up feeling very uninspired. I was kinda freaking me out, because today is the only day I can do a shoot until later this week. So, not a good day to get blogger's block! I got some great advice from a fellow blogger/friend, Ani from Fleurani, "relax and do nothing...and something will inspire." It's great to have people that can relate and be there for you. So, that is what I did and all of a sudden I was, piece by piece, putting together this casual outfit.
I went off my, it's cold outside I want to be comfy, feelings. This also shows you don't have to give up style to be comfy, cozy.
I just got this cross back, short sleeved sweatshirt a few weeks ago. I though it was a different take on something so simple. Added the mustard yellow blouse to add some femininity and color. The scarf, I tied like a necktie, so I could show off the peter pan collar of the blouse. My hat topped it off with a little vintage vibe.
