HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

As you can see, for Halloween this year I decided to go as Sherlock Holmes.

So, I had been literally looking around all over the city just to find the vest and the hat! And thank God after 2 days of searching here and there, I found them at some vintage markets. However, the unfortunate thing was, I can only find the vest in men's section which means the size is waaaay much bigger than my normal (asian) size and sooooo I tried to alter it my way (but it's still slightly bigger *sad*).

The craziest part was making the smoking pipe and the coat. You won't believe I made the pipe from one of my paper shopping bag (yes, a paper bag) because the material is strong enough to create a fake pipe. And as for the coat, it was actually a normal trench coat (with sleeves) but after some cutting and sewing, voila! It turned out not so bad, right? ;)
