My recent entry of this look was flagged for deletion --- as it wasn't showing any knee, so here's a re-post.
Tucked in Tie/
I might have been watching a lot of 'Mad Men' lately as this is look is very early 60s to me. Whenever I wear a tie, it often hangs lower than how I would prefer to wear it -- I assumed it's because I have a shorter torso, therefore I have 3 solutions to this problem.
1. Tie it so the bigger end ends exactly where you prefer -- then, with the extra length on the smaller end of the tie, fold it under. Secure it using safety pins or by wearing a tie clip.
2. Hide the extra length, either from buttoning up your blazer/jacket -OR- wearing a sweater, big enough to cover it.
3. Tuck it in and use it as a styling technique.
