It's still a little early for Christmas parties, but one of my two bosses travels back and forth from Austria where he lives, to Bulgaria, where he works, and he is not here all the time. So we had to organize this party when he was here, if we wanted him to participate. The party took place a couple of days ago in a fancy restaurant nearby, with present and former employees of the company. We had lots of jokes and fun, and there is one thing I figured out: we're all selected being a little wacky to match the bosses! LOL!
