What I eventually wound up wearing, after getting done at the wrecking yard where I pulled a turbocharger for my car. Earlier in the day, I could be seen with three extra items on. Denim skirt, old t-shirt, and a parka. Got rather messy and wet.
*edit* guess I got my dates wrong. grrr...

I've used it a couple times before, actually. Is a parking garage for a bus station north of Seattle. Since it was raining, I had to use one of the lower levels, instead of the top level, which is exposed to the elements.
