As my sister and I did this photoshoot, the fog grew so thick that we couldn't see the street in front of us, and we started feeling that at any moment, we could walk off a cliff and never know it!
However, when we reached the waterfront, a strangely beautiful sight greeted us: the fog made it seem like the sea blended right into the sky. For a moment, I knew what it was like to be blind---staring straight into a wall of whiteness, struggling to see, but unable to make out anything. I had never felt so alone, looking off into the end of the world.
