Happy New Year Everyone! I know it's late but I've actually been terribly ill for the last week; I slept right through new year and missed the whole thing! I ended up catching the flu over the Christmas period and on my first day back in London my body just deteriorated and I've basically not been able to do a thing! Worst of all, half way through being ill I got a load of cold sores which obviously held me back from shooting any more outfit posts!
I've still got a cough but I'm now well enough to venture out and get back to work so its all good. I'm definitely ready to take on the new year and have SO many things going on in January. I've a very special healthy lifestyle project coming out soon but its all a bit top secret at the moment and I only want to give you more details when its all set in solid stone and everything is organised so I'll keep shush on that one!
In the meantime I'm working on my Paige Joanna project with Mod Dolly which should be out in February as well as planning Mod Dolly's S/S! Can you believe it? Already having to think about S/S when we're not even out of A/W yet! Its very time consuming but I've tons of great designs for S/S which are inspired by the seaside! I seriously cannot wait for the summer and really hope we get one this year!
In terms of blogging, I'm really going to step it up this year and spend more time blogging and even more time finding new things to blog about. We all know what you get out of your blog is determined by what you put into it and its important to come up with new content instead of the same old 'wearing pretty dresses and drinking tea' posts which have literally consumed my blog in 2012! I'm really going to start thinking out the box to try and experience new things, discover new places and open up about my life more honestly and realistically. One thing that's coming for sure is 'The Blogger Dairies' Feature which I planned to start in September, this will be where I interview some of my favourite blogger to try and get an insight into their lives! I also be adding some more resident bloggers and guest posters to keep little Sara company and I'll be having lots more giveaways!
SO that was my obligatory new years posts! What do you think about the illustration? It was done by Joana Neves of Impromptu Blog . I absolutely love it and can't believe how much It looks like me :). Joana is really talented and does commissions so get your's done too!
Thanks for reading lovelies
