I'm not usually one to jump on bandwagons, that said I have always been slighlty partial to a spot of camo... and when I saw this blazer from Topman (reduced nonetheless in the Christmas sale!) I simple couldn't say no... it would have been rude to.
I also think that this blazer will far outlast the current trend and it will always be a quirky piece to have in my closet and go back to every now and then.
With this look I carried on where the blazer left off, playing with the notion of military as something chic/sophisticated almost, as a result I paired it with a conformist, simple pair of black trousers and patent leather penny loafers.
I accented the outfit with a square edged, knit tie, minimal tie-clip and a braided belt, I liked the quirky nuances they brought to the overall look.
The gilet over the top was just to provide a print-blocking appearance to the sleeves, but personally, I think the look works equally well with or without the gilet.
Have a lovely day all!
