So as promised, here are an outfit post consisting my recent NASTY GAL purchases. Thank you for the kind comments from the last post. I gathered that this dress was a favorite so I decided to post this first. I purchased this when it was full price but now it's reduced to $40 something. Kind of sad that i missed out by a week or two, but I still think the dress is worth the full price. It has a very sleek silhouette, showing a bit of skin in the right places with the right amount. I thought the dress itself is already stunning, so I didn't need to add too many things besides simple accessories. In fact, I would try not to use any outerwear since it's would be a waste covering the important aspects of the piece.

As with the title, it's a little random. I was trying to think of some songs with the word white in it and I came across this on google. "White Punks on Dope" was a hit-single by the Tubes (A band from San Fransisco) in 1975. So I watched their performance on youtube (click here), and look at what he was wearing in the first few seconds! He's wearing these huge-ass heel-less platforms, before Lady Gaga wore them and I guess Jeffrey Campbell got the inspirations from him. Saaa Indie! I'm a big fan of the heel-less heels trend as well (but not as high as his ones) So although I'm not a big fan of the song, his shoes made an impression on me therefore I had to use the song title as my blogpost title.

xoxo, ET
