Working full time has made me realize how incredibly convenient having staple outfits are for days like Saturday’s when you just want to throw on a comfy spring sweater and casual dress and head out to lunch or to see an afternoon movie. This H&M dress I bought a couple months ago and although I tend to stray away from super skin-tight dresses, this one fit like a glove and the length is definitely on the cusp of being “too short” but in my opinion, it just makes the cut.
These striking Zara booties I bought in Germany and I’ll be honest, I was very excited when I spotted them because I had been seriously wanting the Chloe boots that look identical to these but wasn’t so happy about paying over a grand for them. So I compromised and picked these up for approximately $150! Great deal!
My mom bought me this long gold feather necklace at the Melrose Flea Market and I love the orange and transparent green jewels that dangle next to the feather. I always need a great and reliable long necklace in my jewelry box because I love pairing it with a shorter choker type of necklace like this stunning gold Denis Carolyn one! Also, long gold necklaces are so easy to pair with any outfit especially when you want to add that extra “something” to enhance your look.
Don’t even get me started about this cropped Topshop white knit sweater. It is so adorable and is the perfect sweater to throw on for warmth but also for style and to stand out! I love that it’s cropped and shorter than the conventional sweater and also I adore the long rolled up sleeves.
I headed to the Melrose Flea Market today and was so inspired by everything each booth had to show. I took my Nikon along and shot some of my favorite items I spotted. A post about that coming soon but until next time…
