If you happened to miss a blatantly obvious change in my physical appearance above…I have officially dyed my hair brown! I’m excited for my new hair color and love how natural and simple it looks against my skin tone.

Every girl needs a comfy, trendy muscle tee to add that certain edge to their wardrobe. I chose this [SIC] Apparel tee because of it’s casual feel, light weight material and subtly sexy side cut outs. Also, I love how this brand doesn’t put cheesy, cliché images or sayings on their t-shirts, but instead they implement exceptionally creative, trendy, fresh and unique art and quotes into each piece of clothing. Check them out at: sicapparel.com/

Since I re-named my blog “Lindsay and Lace,” I figured it was about time that I post an outfit that reflected the title so I decided to pair this tee with my favorite Show Me Your Mumu blue and black lace shorts. I went through a phase last August where I was obsessively collecting little sexy silk shorts. I found these particular royal blue shorts while I was digging through a cardboard box during a Show Me Your Mumu sample sale in Venice. I was instantly drawn to the lace hemline that’s wraps around the bottom of these playful shorts and decided that I had to have them whether I was going to wear them to bed, wear them to brunch, to the beach or out on a warm summer/spring night-I simply HAD to have them.

Last Friday I modeled an Armani Exchange bathing suit on a Fox News segment with Natalie Zea debuting “swimsuits for all sizes.” I was gifted these amazingly delicate and adorable strappy white, black and silver suede ShoeDazzle wedges that I wore for the appearance. I’m not exaggerating when I say that from the minute I was handed theses shoes, I didn’t take them off all weekend. I wore them into work Friday after the taping, then to dinner at Eveleigh in West Hollywood that night, then to a play on Saturday and also for this particular photo shoot with my boyfriend on Sunday. ShoeDazzle is such an amazing concept and makes it so much easier and faster to find shoes that best fit your style. Sign up today at: shoedazzle.com

I hope everyone is having a stress-free Monday and more pictures to come but until next time…

Xx,

Lindsay L Simon

p.s. Who loves my new manicure? My friend referred me to “Pampered Nails” on Melrose in West Hollywood. They do such fun and creative designs! I loved it!
