Cee F. - The Subtle Art of Clashing
HYPE 33

I distinctly remember the first time I paired red and mint; I was home for a visit and on my way out to spend the evening drinking sangria with my hometown girlfriends. Dressed and ready, I walked down the stairs from my childhood bedroom to say good-bye to my parents. Mom, who, if I'm not mistaken, is still against pairing black and brown {feel free to correct me via the comments, Mom :)}, looked at my outfit skeptically before deciding, "That's a lovely dress, but the shoes don't match." She was right, of course - red and mint don't match, in the traditional sense. And yet they remain one of my favourite colour combinations, so when Nella Bella sent me their gorgeous new Filix tote {which, I am happy to say, allows me to easily carry a change of clothes and shoes, somehow without becoming heavy!}, I immediately knew I had to wear it with my favourite mint necklace from Pree Brulee. They colours don't match - but they do look fabulous together!
