The #1 source for fashion inspiration from real people around the world.
A quick shot from the balcony in our Nice's apartment.
My shirt and chinos are both thrifted.
I realized It was hard to thrift for pants because the fit (most of the time) isn't just right.
Well (I'm late in the game) but it's been a year or two that I have a tailor (he's sooooo good, and sooooo cheap, BIG UP to Giovanni! Haha).
Now, knowing that he can do approximately anything with my clothes, I base my buying of pants (and other things) on the material and little details I like. Then, I bring them to my tailor and he fixes them for me, as easy as that! When the relation is establish with your tailor, he knows what you want and it becomes so easy to shop.
Thrifted pants cost approx.: 7$ plus a tailoring job (Mine is really cheap; taking in the leg + hem): 7$! Its a 14 bucks for a new pair of pants that fits perfectly.
I like to bring my stuff to the tailor by batches, so whenever I shop and things don't exactly fit like I want to, it sits in my closet, along with other stuff that has to be tailored. Once I have enough,(too much), I bring it to him!
Have a good one, and FIND A FREAKIN' TAILOR.
