During winter/ rainy season we are opt on using dark colored clothes. We tend to confine ourselves in these hues as we embrace this gloomy ambiance. Wearing black makes us warm and comfy for it absorb the light and heat. But, there is such a thing called Seasonal Affective Disorder (also known as Winter Depression) where in due to this dark and cold climate plus intensify by our too much indulgence to these dark colored clothing, we make ourselves vulnerable to manifest a lonesome mood.
The prime treatment for the said condition is light therapy. So, I personally recommend wearing white and other lighter colors during this time of the year. By doing so you’ll be the light box that can lift up the mood of people around you.
