Dreaming of NYFW...
Since starting my blog it's not her, it's me. couple of years ago, I have met and connected with many brands, designers, influencers, and fellow bloggers through lookbook and other online social platforms. It would be a dream come true to be at NYFW among all of them. New York City is always magical. I am very lucky to have been there twice, once for traveling and once for a family occasion. My ultimate dream is to move there someday but for now I would love to be there for fashion week. I can only imagine it being absolutely surreal! Fashion is an integral part of my life. I have experimented with different trends and have loved adding my twist to each and every one. Dress accordingly and live stylishly. I wear what I want and dress how I feel because at the end of the day, it's not her, it's me.
About the outfit...
Black and white and vice versa, talk about mixing print! Unlike most outfits where there is usually a piece or two that really stands out, I love every single pieces I am wearing here. Lets start with the kimono, shall we? This kimono duster from Lulu*s has a gorgeous floral and tile-like motif, asymmetrical hem, and I love that it is dramatically flowy. I paired it with these silky paisley shorts with a similar yet different print. White and black to go with black and white because why not? I finished the look with a crop tank with crochet details, Lauren Merkin Stevie bag, and Jeffrey Campbell's Rumi. With a look like this, black and white will never look boring again!
