I mixed and matched some of my favorite blue pieces from H&M, the navy blue striped tee, and my navy blue dress shorts. I like the sailor look that the striped tee brings with the navy shorts. I chose white tights because it really ties the top half and bottom half of the look together. Throw in a vintage acid wash jean jacket and some raybans and this look becomes more classic, chic, and fresh. Enjoy!
