Dress like a queen or a sex pistol pal in this pretty delicate white blouse with ruffled high collar, which gathers the body, long puffed sleeves, and ruched skirt.
Back is also gathered in the center lower back creating a lovely cinched look. Bottom and sleeve hems are raw, contributing to a unfinished/raw, and will slightly fray with wear which will add to the quality of the piece.
