So since we last met, I have turned 22, moved to NYC, became an expert at getting lost in the dark, frolicked in the snow, kicked ass at bowling, and started my internship at Marie Claire. This is me in my new apartment with my friendly new curtains and darling new/old radiator. I am wearing what I wore today, which happened to be my first day, as well as the worst day so far! Welcome to the real world, where you work 10 hours a day at $0 an hour, playing musical chairs with hangers and getting lost in loading docks! Bring it on.

Today I apparently asked someone too high and mighty for my peon inquiries if she had seen a certain shoe, and my boss pulled me aside and explained what a "no, no" that is. HA. But I did see a dog wearing shoes on my way to work. Yes, four little red shoes connected to four furry paws.

Haha, well, it's not at all glamorous as our imaginations or reality TV tend to make it out to be. I really am a slave 10 hrs a day/5 days a week. The lowest on the food chain. But hopefully it will get better/something good will come out of it! When are you moving here? :)
